Where do you ship from?
All orders are dispatched from our fulfilment centre in the United Kingdom.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Standard UK shipping is free on all orders over £50.
Shipping costs for international orders are calculated at checkout based on your location.

✧ United Kingdom: 2–5 business days
✧ Europe: 5–10 business days
✧ United States & Canada: 7–14 business days
✧ Asia & Oceania: 8–16 business days
✧ Rest of World: 10–20 business days

When will my order ship?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Processing takes 1–3 business days, and shipments are dispatched the following working day.
During promotional periods or high-volume seasons, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a live tracking link.

International Duties & Taxes
All prices on our website are listed in GBP and exclude local taxes or import duties.
You may be charged additional fees by your country’s customs office upon delivery.
These charges are not covered by Alverosa. Please contact your local customs authority for further guidance.

Change of Mind Returns
If you’d like to return your item for any reason, simply contact us at helpalverosa@outlook.com within 30 days of delivery.
We’ll provide detailed return instructions and support throughout the process.
Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
To resolve your issue quickly, we’ll need:

✧Clear photos of the item, packaging, and any visible damage
✧A short description of the issue
Once verified, we’ll either send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Alverosa covers all return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your return is received and approved.
Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
If it hasn’t appeared after that time, please check with your bank or card provider.
Late or Missing Orders
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 30 days of shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.
